Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans with the Internal Audit Manager.
  • Supervise audit team members and review audit fieldwork, working papers and findings.
  • Assess audit findings by risk level and prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Audit Reports.
  • Review GL, Trial Balance and Financial Statements to identify irregularities and internal control gaps.
  • Monitor audit recommendations and corrective action plans for timely implementation.
  • Conduct Branch/Site Audits and special audit assignments as required.
  • Support improvements in internal controls, governance, policies and audit procedures.
  • Coordinate with BOD, Management and relevant departments on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Provide coaching, training and guidance to audit team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a relevant field.
  • CPA or ACCA qualification/certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit / Audit Leadership or Supervisory roles.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Standards, Risk Management and Internal Control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication and leadership skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and travel for Branch/Site Audits when required.
