- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors.
- Risk based audit Plan, organize and execute internal audits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports of HO and WH with findings and recommendations.
- Communicate and present the audit results to Executive Director.
- Collaboration with related departments based on risk control, assessment and compliance of internal rules and regulations directed by upper management.
- Recheck the monthly audit reports of auditors and oversee implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audit findings.
- Able to travel to the branches of YGN and upper Myanmar region.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Over 4 years of management level auditor experiences.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management and accounting.
- Good leadership, confidential, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer for Odoo ERP software knowledge and other accounting software knowledge.
