  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
  2. Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.
  4. Keep track of inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, including coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients.
  5. Upsell additional items, such as pastries or merchandise, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
  7. Continuously strive to improve your coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.

Job Requirements

  1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  2. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment.
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  7. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
  8. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
  9. Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
  10. Passion for coffee and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers
