Store supervisors are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including product availability and compliance. Other duties entail managing the staffs and customer services, and also, train new employees and schedule shifts.

• Manage and ensure smooth 24 hours Store Operations of assigned G&G stores.
• Ensure store standards, food safety, and customer service is according to G&G requirements.
• To achieve Mystery shopping rating target as per company target
• Ensure that all G&G policies, procedures, and controls are followed by team members.
• Overall responsibilities of control store operational expenses, key holders, prevent cash loss and shrinkage within company guidelines with integrity.
• Execute operations initiatives, planogram and promotions on time.
• Resolve and raise any operations issues to Line Manager (DDM & DM).
• Assists Deputy District Manager/District Manager in ensuring compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention in both external and internal.
• Provide training and development by giving constructive guidance to team members.
• Attend and participate in required meetings and company events.
• Complete and submit all administrative requirements and reports on time.
• Provide and compile store data and information for the weekly updates.
• Execute Competitor check and drive sales accordingly to maintain the business advantage.
• Display stocks according to GnG merchandising standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness is according to company and government standards.
• Serve RTE according to food safety standards of GnG and government agencies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned or required

• Any graduate, or matriculation pass and retail background will be advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, especially in Retail background
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
• Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
