Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Proven facilitation skills with experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs.
● Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
● Demonstrated knowledge of business structures and processes modeling.
● Understanding of networks, databases, and other relevant technology.
● Proactive and fast learner, able to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
