We are looking for a lead of low code development team who is passionate about technology: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 solutions and wants to deliver real improvements to microfinance business users in smart and effective ways, improving their everyday tasks.

• Responsible for overseeing operations of Office Automation Team.
• Analyze the company’s operational, financial data and the other performance related data using statistical techniques and find the digital solutions
• Responsible for preparing technical documentation.
• Responsible for developing and implementing the solutions as scalable SharePoint/ Dataverse applications and deploy running environments from development to production in time and in scope.
• Responsible for monitoring, inspecting SharePoint/ Dataverse applications in order to meet established quality standards.
• Responsible for developing Dynamics 365 solutions, testing and deployment.
• Monitoring released applications and make sure end user is effectively using.
• Regular follow up meeting with end user and provide useful feature update.
• Support the development of new products of the company by creating surveys, providing clear instructions to the relevant staffs to carry out properly
• Provide technical user training with proper training document.
• Collect, clean, detect and correct the relevant data to convert it into useful information and analyze them to report to the management
• Study the current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities to make more efficient
• Communicate with branches and solve the portfolio related transactions errors reported by the branches
• Prepare operation related report according to the regulator request
• Check the monthly regulatory reports prepared by the respective departments and ensure that information is correct
• Work with departmental managers to support them with the specific data needs
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide ongoing support for the management
• Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required

• Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Have ample working experience with developing SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power App
• Self-started who is interested in O365, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 platform
• Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PowerShell scripting are nice to have
• Have working experience with any programming language, SQL and automation scripting like python, window command script
• Have interest in financial products and services
• Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
• Fluency in both English and Burmese
