  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
  • Research every issue and provide solutions to them
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Follow company's communication “scripts”  
  • Build strong relationships with customers 
  • Follow our customer engagement strategy
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Other job task assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

  • Prefer graduated applicants or Fresher are welcomed to apply
  • Have 1 year of working experience in Call Center/ Customer Service field
  • Must have to work with assigned shifts (include Night Shift & Morning Shift on Holidays and Weekend) 
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
