• Handle incoming inquiries from phone calls and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). • Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Record customer interactions and update information accurately using CRM tools. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution. • Monitor social media pages, manage messages, comments, and insights. • Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports. • Support CSR events, promotions, and monthly customer engagement activities. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & CSR teams to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field. • Experience in customer service, client service, or social media management preferred. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Good phone-handling and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and team-friendly personality. • Willing to work weekends/public holidays for customer service or CSR events when required.
