Responsibilities:

  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit card or debit    
  • Follow up on overdue payments and personally contact the owing party
  • Manage Daily Sale cash, Cash Payment
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders (Track of Stock)
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period
  • Compute and record totals of transactions
  • Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks
  • Handling all the cash transaction
  • Assist Finance Supervisor

 

Administrative 

  • Count money collected and reconcile with receipts 
  • Reconcile payments received during a period with total sales 
  • Answer telephone calls politely
  • Keep track of all office administrative materials

Job Requirements

  • နေစားညိမ်း ဦစားသည်
  • Any graduate and related subject will be preferred (LCCI level 1,2)
  • Age between (20 - 30) years
  • At least 1 year experience in related fields
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Basic knoweldge of Computer, Excel
  • Excellent communication Skills, Team work skills
  • Good personality positive attitude, good personal grooming.
