Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Collect and verify daily sales cash from the sales team.
  • Record all cash inflows and outflows accurately in cash records and sales reports.
  • Deposit collected cash into the company’s designated bank account as instructed.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all collections and deposits.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash collection reports with the Sales GM.
  • Follow compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
  • Support the Sales GM in financial audits related to sales cash.
  • Handle customer payments (if applicable).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2- 5 years of experience in cashiering, accounting, or sales support.
  • Experience in accounting and cash handling procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
