Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1)Payment (Cash & Banking) Process

  • To do Payment Voucher which the completeness approval & documents
  • To do Received Voucher which the completeness approval & documents
  • To do bank transfer to suppliers and other payments
  • To collect the customer payment with Bank and cash
  • To buy foreign Currency and currency checking
  • To Keep & Maintain for collateral and Bar Margin lists
  • To do the new cheque book issued
  • Checking for Advance Payment claim

2)Report

  • To report the daily cash & bank balance summary and details statements to Finance Manager and CEO
  • (Attached Format Excel File)

3)Data & Document

  • Timely record for all transaction in Excel and Software
  • If necessary, there must to do other assign work

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  2. LCCI -II or III is a plus.
  3. Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Cashier.
  4. Effective interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
