Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping, and approving advice or recommendations
Tallying money in the cash drawer at opening & closing of each work shift
Accepting cash payments and making change, processing credit card payments, and using POS system for transactions and issuing receipts
Following the store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, and/or seasonal promotion coupons/ cards
Resolving customer complaints and recording customer suggestions
Maintaining the clean workplace

Job Requirements

Experience in cashiering and handling POS system in fast food industry
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Basic math and computer skill
Basic English four skill
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings., weekends, and holidays
Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced working environment
Dynamic, pleasant and cheerful personality
