- Maintain the cash in hand balance
- Deposit the other incomes to bank ( eg. disposal sales , refunds )
- Prepare the official receipts
- Preparing the payment cheques for the approved payments
- Maintain and update the supplier bank accounts – payee masters
- Prepare the required documents for the internet banking remittance
- Data entry as the operator for the internet banking system
- Dealing with banks for the necessary banking relating documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
