Receive payments (cash, cheque, bank transfer).
Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation.
Handle daily cash collection and prepare cash summary.
Perform daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash and submit petty cash reports.
Ensure safe custody of cash and financial documents.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding payments.
Record daily transactions in the accounting system or ledger.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
Prepare payment vouchers and journal entries.
Assist in preparing financial statements.
Support monthly closing and audit process.
Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cashier or accounting role.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, MYOB).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
