Job Description

▪ Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's channel development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
▪ Actively monitoring and owning Incidents and user questions, and providing the communications channel for
other service management disciplines with the user community
▪ Meet the communication needs of both users and internal IT staff
▪ Central point of contact between service providers and clients on a day-to-day basis
▪ Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business
▪ Initiate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
▪ Coordinates the involvement of corporate team, including support, service, and management resources, in order
to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
▪ Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all
necessary company and channel personnel.
▪ Ensures service desk compliance with channel agreements.

Job Requirements

▪ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of IT sales, marketing or promotion preferable as corporate
service desk support, marketing supervisor with IT knowledge, helpdesk support, or IT executive.
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree, diploma or professional certificate related to Information system, Computer system,
Information technology, Business IT, Sales and Marketing and customer relationship management with
▪ Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the technology product category and IT channel
▪ Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
▪ Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
▪ Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
▪ Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
▪ Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.
▪ Basic IT and telecommunication knowledge.
