Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Check Day to day cash transaction correctly recorded in system on time.
  • All General Ledger are posted in system and checking on time.
  • All data of every out lets must be correct and accurate.
  • Intercompany Receivable/Payable account update.
  • Accrued/Prepaid/ Advance Account monitor.
  • Overview and ensure the Cost Control functions and services are done in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Tax Checking and Recorded correctly in system for Tax Purpose.
  • Prepare and release of accurate Monthly Financial report in every month on time.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and cash flow statement.
  • Relating to finance, seeing goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.com (or) relevant field. (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven working experience in Chief Accountant position in Distribution and Trading Company.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations.
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional computer skills, Advance Excel, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. (Able to use SAP accounting software preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill, Communication skill and Leadership skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
