Prepare and release of accurate monthly financial statements and other related management reports in timely manners.
Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code.
Report directly to the Managing Director and Chairman.
Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers.
Prepare year-end financial statement.
Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the overall Cost Control functions and services are done in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
To manage taxation issues.
Responsible for the financial planning and management of day-to-day operation.
Relating to finance, seeing goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of company's budget.
Other duties assigned by managing director and Chairman.

Job Requirements

Can Apply only Female.
Can work at Hlaing Thar Yar Tsp (Near the Ocean Supermarket).
Age between 32 to 40.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Able to use ERP accounting software and drawing of financial Statements.
Five or more years of proven working experience in Chief Accountant position in Distribution and Trading Company.
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
