𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
Supervise and verify all payment and receipt vouchers (Credit, Debit, Journal, and Advance and Advance settlement) for accuracy, validity, and completeness.
Prepare and review adjusting journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (SOPOL, SOFP, SOCF, SOCIE and Variance).
Participate in annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Compare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual performance, and prepare management reports accordingly
Coordinate and support external and internal audit processes, ensuring all audit requirements are met.
Handle tax compliance, calculation, and submission on time as per statutory requirements.
Drive accurate and timely financial data entry in Software and Excel.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks.
Supervise and guide the accounting team members, ensuring work quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to accounting team members.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Finance Department

Job Requirements

B. Com/CPA/ ACCA (or) Any Equivalent Degree holder
Must have Knowledge of Accounting Software/ Advanced Excel/ Microsoft Word
A Minimum of (3) years working experience in Management (or) Minimum (5) years’ experience in related field
Must have Leadership Skill
Excellent Analytical, Organizational and Communication skills.
