Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Review daily transactions (including advance request, payment vouchers and accounting entries) prepared by the accountants.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations
  • Monitoring month-end and Year-end closing & audit issues
  • Coordinating with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
  • Handle full spectrum of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, including consolidation, cash flow, budget and tax reporting
  • Review daily transactions (including advance request, payment vouchers and accounting entries)
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, statutory financial reporting and tax requirements
  • Prepare and release of accurate monthly financial statements and other related management reports in timely manners.
  • Responsible for account team’s ground stocks taking quantities
  • Supervise daily cash in and out flow of cash books, petty cash book and cashier.
  • Controlling income, Cash flow and expenditure
  • Prepare and on time delivery of financial reporting and taxation.
  • Perform a final check for payment & receipt vouchers.
  • Prepare debtor confirmation, creditor confirmation and bank reconciliation.
  • Preparing monthly financial report on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses and handle full set of accounts function.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, preferable degree in Accounting CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in related field
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and any computerized accounting software
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Well knowledge on Myanmar tax laws and experience on handling all company taxes independently.
  • Preferable experience in FMCG field.
