1. Tax Preparation and Filing

• Prepare tax returns
• Ensure compliance
• Tax filings

2. Tax Planning and Advice

• Consult
• Recommend tax-saving strategies
• Business structure advice

3. Tax Compliance and Reporting

• Review financial statements
• Stay updated on tax laws
• Manage audits

4. Financial Analysis and Bookkeeping Support

• Review financial records
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Internal controls

5. IRD Interaction and Documentation

• Correspond with the IRD
• Handle tax audits

6. Financial Reporting and Consultation

• Create tax reports
• Offer strategic advice

7. Risk Management and Compliance

• Ensure audit readiness
• Tax law compliance

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills** to explain complex tax matters to clients
• Problem-solving skills** to find efficient solutions to tax issues

• Bachelor degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA is highly desirable.
• Preferred Computer proficiency with good Microsoft Office software knowledge and excellent Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Required strong financial analysis and presentation skills, problem solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred good English & Myanmar Language skills for effective business communications
• Able to work independently with confidence
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Financial Controls with minimum of 5 years of experience in Trading Company is preferred.
