• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements:
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings. 
• Update on accounting regulations and implement necessary changes. 

Budgeting Control:

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. 
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. 
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. 

Accounting Operations:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. 
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. 
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions. 

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development. 
• Delegate tasks and review work for accuracy and compliance. 

Strategic Financial Support:

• Provide financial insights to support business decisions. 
• Assist in financial modeling, cost analysis, and profitability assessments. 
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and risk management.

• Any Graduate, preferable degree in Accounting CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in related field
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and any computerized accounting software
• Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Well knowledge on Myanmar tax laws and experience on handling all company taxes independently.
• Preferable experience in FMCG field.
