Core roles:
Integrated Performance Management
• Commercial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Development, implementation and monitoring of strategic Commercial Business Plans with Board. Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.
• Reporting strategy and execution through performance measurement, KPIs and scorecards.
• Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial information for the Executive/Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Finance Strategy
• Finance operating model design and optimisation.
• Finance organisation & talent.
Finance Operations
• Finance process & operations improvement.
• Finance & enterprise cost management.
Other roles:
• Internal audit procedures and establish effective interface with auditors.
• Establishing sound financial processes and procedures that meet all current accounting standards (IFRS, AASB) and audit requirements.
• Project accounting and reporting.
• Preparation of investment papers.
• Financial investment analysis including business valuation, mergers and acquisitions advice.
• Ensuring compliances of accepted corporate governance and risk management practices.
• Report risk issues and any suspected areas of fraudulent activity to the Board.
• Manage cost controls and increase profitability.
• Development of tax strategies for optimising tax position and preferred international structure for business expansion.
• Supporting the Managing Director for investor relations liaising with shareholders, analysts, venture capitalists and other external stakeholders. Representation in capital raisings ‘road shows’.

Accomplishments:
• Developed succinct Board financial reports, scorecards and dashboards.
• Implemented effective performance measurement practices i.e. 1. responsibility accounting 2. superior budgeting and forecasting models 3. operational projects
• Significantly improve sales & marketing department profitability; breakeven analysis, costs improvement and sales analysis /tactics to increase market share.

• B.Com (CPA) Degree or Related Degree
• Above 10 Years working experience in Fashion Field
• Business Planning and Strategy
• Budgeting Control and Forecasting Analysis

• Establish Finance policies and procedures , including installation of Accounting and Business System
