Job Overview:

Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all the financial activities of all the business units under the group, including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting. Being part of Sr. Management Role, this role will play a critical part in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive all of the business unit’s growth and success. Fluency in both English and Chinese is a mandatory requirement for effective communication and collaboration in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Financial Strategies that aligned with organization’s vision and goals.
• Being a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborating to drive strategic initiatives & ensure sustainable growth, identify opportunities for growth and optimization through providing strategic financial insights analysis and recommendation.
• Developing, drafting, and updating related finance policies & procedures and ability to create refine related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) align with industry best practices and regulatory requirement.
• Oversee all the financial operations including budget & forecast planning and financial reporting.
• Ensure the compliance the related regulatory requirement and accounting standards.
• Lead, provide guidance and mentorship to the team members and building cross-functional collaboration to achieve organization goals and objectives.
• Leading as an inspire within a team of finance professionals and creating a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Communicate performance of financial and strategic initiatives effectively to key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationship with both internal & external stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), CPA or MBA or other relevant professional certification is a plus
• Minimum above 7 years working experience including as a senior management role or managerial role in related field
• Deeply understanding of financial principles, regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities & excellence communication skill with influence and inspire other
• Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must
