● Age approximately 25–27 years old.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, trade marketing, or consumer goods.
● Good commercial sense and proven ability to coordinate smoothly with sales teams.
● Strong belief in data, technology, and new tools (IT/AI) for problem-solving and decision-making.
● Courageous to examine and challenge current practices to fix issues at the source with fresh approaches.
● Excellent English communication; Thai is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable with end-to-end execution.
● High passion for delivering effective and efficient results.
● Open to direct training and close supervision from Marketing Manager (Thailand).
