Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including jost postings and promoting Advamed’s products, values, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales objectives.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for increased engagement and reach.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads - SEM).
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compliant brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including posts, articles, videos and infographics, tailored to the medical device audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update the company website/platforms with fresh and relevant content.
  • Organize and coordinate webinars, workshops, product launches, and promotional events in collaboration with the Sales team to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Support the Sales team with digital tools, promotional content, and campaign materials to enhance field efforts.
  • Assist in planning the sales events and related gift programs for clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with HR/Admin to plan and execute seasonal events, employee engagement activities, and CSR programs.
  • Coordinate the design, sourcing and distribution of seasonal gifts and acknowledgments for clients, employees, and community partners.
  • Promote CSR activities through digital channels to strengthen company’s reputation as a socially responsible organization.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance, event outcomes, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in medical devices, or services industries.
  • Proven experience in event organization and on ground planning, preferably in healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn), content creation tools, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Advanced skill in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Cut Pro, etc..)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in medical device marketing is a plus
