About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Head of IT (SAP Lead) to join our Corporate IT Department and drive the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP systems across Good Brothers Group’s nationwide business units. This role will act as the central point for managing SAP projects, integrating business processes, and ensuring that all SAP modules and users operate efficiently in alignment with corporate objectives.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and integration of SAP modules across business units

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Manage system configuration, customization, and data migration during implementation and support phases.

• Oversee user access, authorization, and role management to ensure compliance and system security.

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement projects.

• Drive SAP-related training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal users and key stakeholders.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, integrations, and data accuracy between SAP and other enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations leadership to improve reporting, analytics, and process automation through SAP.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 to 7 years of SAP functional or technical experience, including at least 4 years in a leading role within SAP Partners or Software houses

• Proven experience in SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) implementation, integration, and post-go-live support.

• Strong understanding of core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP) and business process mapping.

• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

• Prior experience in multinational or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, integration, and database concepts (advantageous).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Myanmar language proficiency is a plus.
