Role and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for supporting management decision-making through timely performance analysis, clear business insights, and practical recommendations. The successful candidate is expected to develop into a future leader in corporate planning and performance management.

• Coordinate business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
• Analyze financial and business performance, identify key trends, issues, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and consolidate management reports, business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather information, challenge assumptions, and support management decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and performance management processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements

<Technical Skills>

• Advanced Excel skill
• Basic understanding of financial statements (PL/BS etc)

<Soft Skills>

• Intellectual curiosity, with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, unusual trends, and potential risks, and a keen interest in data and numerical analysis.
• Ability to summarize complex information and communicate/explain it in a clear and logical manner.
• High level of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and independence.
• Able to prioritize and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

<Background Knowledge / Experience>

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in Corporate Planning/CEO office, Financial Analysis, Management Reporting, or Business Analysis (= Practical experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting).
