• Manage the overall functions of the Credit Review & Management
• Review, analyze, and assess loan applications and credit proposals
• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit risk assessments
• Prepare credit review reports and recommendations for management approval

• Monitor loan portfolio quality and identify potential risk exposures.
• Ensure all credit processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Central Bank regulations.
• Monitor loan repayments, covenant compliance, and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding credit matters.
• Handle credit administration, facility renewals, and loan restructuring when necessary.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations related to credit operations.
• Develop and improve credit policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
• Prepare and maintain credit-related documentation, reports, and records, including management reports on loan portfolio, risk exposure, and credit performance.
• Perform any other duties related to credit review and management assigned by management.

-    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in banking operations, preferably in lending areas including Corporate Loans, SME Financing
-    Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit assessment, and banking regulations.
-    Ability to independently manage all credit-related functions and responsibilities.
-    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-    Good communication and report-writing skills in English.
-    Preferred:
      •    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economic, Business Administration
