This position is under Corporate Sales Department and direct report to Corporate Sales Director.
- Develop policies, cost plans, guidelines, KPI for Customer Care- Support and control the quality of service: Receive customer feedback and answer customer's questions via Call Center (OS responded via B2C's CC)- Deploy customer care programs, incentives to keep customersin a longterm.

Job Requirements
- At least graduate from University or related bachelor degree holder.- Must have at least 2 years related experience (Customer Service)
- Have skills on corporate dealing, sales and marketing, problem-solving
- Have knowledge on relevant product & Sales and customer care
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Strong command of English and can work under pressure.
