Job Description

  • Develop new customer relationships to build and strengthen MCB portfolio and perform cross-selling opportunities in loan, deposits and other banking products
  • Execute and achieve sale target as per sales and onboarding strategy
  • Acquire New to Bank clients and maintain existing clients and loan portfolio
  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing customers
  • Have complete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and assets in the Bank
  • Maintain highest standards of post sales contacts and service to customers
  • Understand credit management cycle and perform credit analysis on the credit proposal
  • Able to use credit analysis tools, method and understand the standards practice in loan process
  • Ensure ethical practices in acquisition and servicing

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any discipline and MBA is preferable
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role in banking industry
  • Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player and High integrity
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Word/Excel
