Master Data Pipelines: Develop ETL/ELT workflows in Azure Data Factory and Databricks to consolidate data from PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MSSQL into authoritative master hubs.  

Identity Resolution: Implement and tune matching and merging logic to identify duplicate entities and create a "Single Source of Truth."  

Automated Data Quality: Design and deploy automated data quality frameworks that profile incoming data and alert on breaches of accuracy, completeness, or consistency.  

Metadata Management: Technical implementation of data catalogs using Microsoft Purview, ensuring all data assets are tagged with business glossaries and technical metadata.  

Data Lineage Implementation: Build and maintain end-to-end data lineage to track the flow of data from source to consumption, ensuring transparency for audits and impact analysis.  

Data Security & Privacy: Implement technical controls for Data Masking, Encryption, and Row-Level Security to comply with financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific audits).  

Policy Enforcement: Translate data governance policies into technical "as-code" rules within the data lake and warehouse environments.  

Stewardship Support: Provide Data Stewards with the tools and reports needed to manage data exceptions and oversee the health of the "Golden Records."  

Develop data tools and infrastructure that empower analytics teams and support AI/ML initiatives.  

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, batches, and scheduled sessions to ensure successful and timely data delivery.  

Enhance and maintain database performance, reviewing logs, system metrics, and user reports.  

Partner with Database Administrators, Developers, and Analysts to improve data management, governance, and security practices.  

Conceptualize and build big data infrastructure that allows efficient data access, processing, and analysis.  

3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, specifically focused on MDM, Data Quality, or Governance-heavy environments. 

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Catalog, and Azure Policy. 

Strong proficiency in SQL for data reconciliation, profiling, and managing master record survivorship logic. 

Experience with ETL & Automation and Python for building "governance-aware" pipelines.
