Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to work independently from customer onboarding processes by the business function and ensure data integrity in the onboarding formats for a better credit decisions and reporting in order to conduct the required assessment and analysis using correct customers’ information, and to use it effectively in assessing the credit risk to avoid potential loss

Job Descriptions

• To cross check all the data of the Customer KYC information, loan applications in the Web application.
• To ensure high level of correctness and completeness of entry data in the customer registration Loan Application before the Loan Approval stage. 
• To monitor the data quality of loan application and coach the loan Officers on the significance of data quality
• To coach the loan Officers on the significance of data quality
• To work independently and effectively as a control function.
• To reject the Loan Application, in case of data discrepancy
• To check if data collected is accurate and all attached documents are in line with internal policies
• To suggest measures to improve the quality standards of the information and contribute to enhancing the loan application and overall turnaround time.
• To work with credit risk staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems
• To make field visits when required by the Head office

Minimum Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related degree
2. Experience in Internal Audit, Risk, loan origination
3. Good analytical skills, attention to detail
4. IT Skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases
