Job Description
1. Collect design criteria and design specification from outsource designer and design coordination manager. Prepare drawing format, layout and necessary requirement.
2. Explain the layout, format and required design specification of each project to the juniors.
3. Checking the basic design, detail design provided by outsource designer or In-house design team and prepared the design drawing, shop drawing.
4. Submission the design drawing and shop drawing to Independent Checking Engineer. If the review report has comment, revise the design drawing and shop drawing. If the review report has no comment, submit to required party for approval.
5. Checking and preparing internal or subcontractor submitted drawing (basic design, formwork, excavation and reinforcement) based on the results of the basic design calculations.
6. Preparing As-Built drawing based on the constructed data provided by construction team.
7. Responsible for distributing approved and updated version of drawings to interested parties.
8. Responsible for storing and updating all calculation files (both hard and soft copies) and consultant’s comments on the submitted calculations.
9. Attending coordination meeting, technical discussion meeting.
10. Perform other activities as directed by Design and Coordination Manager and Department Head and management.
11. Report to Department Head.

Job Requirement
1. Bachler degree with related field experience not less than 5- year.
2. To be able to coordinate the design criteria, design requirement and client requirement.
3. Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skill.
4. Intermediate level written and speaking in English.
