- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website- Development and managing digital marketing campaigns- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising (Native/Programmatic)- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success- Any graduated, Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field- 2 – 3 years experience as Digital Marketing- 2 – 3 years experience in developing and implementing digital sales strategies- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Team player and good at in interpersonal and communication skills
