• Social Media Platforms များ (Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Telegram စသည်) ကို စနစ်တကျ Manage လုပ်ပြီး Engagement ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Brand နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမည့် Content Marketing Strategy များ ချမှတ်ခြင်း၊ လစဉ် Content Calendar များ ရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် Content Writing (စာသား) များ ရေးသားရမည်။
• Canva, CapCut သို့မဟုတ် အခြေခံ Graphic/Video Editing Application များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Facebook Ads Manager / TikTok Ads တို့ကို အသုံးပြု၍ Campaign များ Setup လုပ်ခြင်း၊ နှင့် Ads Run ခြင်းများကို ထိရောက်စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
• Marketing Campaign များ၏ ရလဒ်များကို Monitor လုပ်ပြီး လစဉ် Analytics Report များ ပြုလုပ်တင်ပြရမည်။
• Customer များ၏ ကောင်းမွန်သော Feedback များ ရရှိစေရန် Customer Service Team နှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

• သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်း နယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး [၁ နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် ၂ နှစ်] ရှိရမည်။
• Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite နှင့် လတ်တလော Trend ဖြစ်နေသော Social Media Algorithm များအကြောင်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Content Writing ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး မြန်မာစာလုံးပေါင်း သတ်ပုံနှင့် သဒ္ဒါ တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ရေးသားနိုင်ရမည်။ 
• Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိ၍ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်း (Creativity) မြင့်မားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် ၃၀ နှစ်အောက်ဖြစ်ပါမည်။

• တာဝန်ယူမှု တာဝန်ခံမှုဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သောသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
