Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, etc.) effectively to ensure strong audience engagement.
Develop content marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand, prepare monthly content calendars, and write engaging content and copy.
Be proficient in using Canva, CapCut, or other basic graphic design and video editing applications.
Set up and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, and execute paid advertising campaigns effectively.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customers receive excellent service and maintain high levels of positive customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
Must have a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and the latest social media algorithms and trends.
Must have excellent content writing skills with strong proficiency in Myanmar spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Must be a creative individual with a strong team-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills.
Must be under 30 years of age.
Must be responsible, accountable, and able to perform duties with a high level of commitment and professionalism.
