Manage Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars and digital campaigns.
Create engaging posts, short videos, farmer stories, testimonials, and educational content.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to promote products, campaigns, and seasonal activities.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and customer inquiries.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with improvement recommendations.
Support product launches, marketing events, and field activities through digital promotion.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience managing Facebook and TikTok accounts for businesses or brands.
Strong content creation, copywriting, and short-form video production skills.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and social media analytics tools.
Creative, organized, and strong in communication.
Basic knowledge of agriculture or the seed industry is an advantage.
Willing to travel to farms and field locations for content creation when required.
