  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Create and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with brand identity
  • Collaborate with influencers and TikTok KOLs to promote products
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Monitor trends in fashion and digital marketing to create relevant content
  • Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize results
  • Engage with customers through comments, messages, and social platforms
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (fashion/retail preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
