Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to grow sales , generate Leads , and build our brand through digital marketing,field activities and B2B partnerships.
Job Responsibilities - Run online marketing on Facebook,TikTok,ads, and content campaigns.- Execute offline promotions,events and showroom campaigns.- Generate leads and support monthly sales growth.
- Analyze marketing data,customer behaviour and campaign performance.- Use data-driven insights to improve reach , leads and conversions.- Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports ( reach,leads,sales )- Build dealer / B2B customer relationships.- Create new growth ideas based on market trends and results.

Job Requirements
- Age range from 25 to 40- 2+ years experience in marketing or sales.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Good at social media,ads,and customer handling.- Good analytical skills and basic Excel reporting.- Smart,active,creative and target-focused.- Able to travel when needed.
