Job Description

  • Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Viber, Telegram.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

  • Develop content direction aligned with business goals

  • Guide and supervise graphic designer and video editor to ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI

  • Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates

  • Prepare clear and professional monthly performance reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC advertising, or lead generation.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize digital campaigns based on data.

  • Good English communication skills for research, reporting, and content direction

  • Ability to conduct independent research and translate insights into marketing strategy

  • Experience guiding creative team members (designer, video editor)

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability

  • Responsible, independent, and growth-oriented

  • Prefer Hands-on experience in using camera equipment for video production.

  • Experience in migration or education industry is an advantage
