We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Drafter to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will bridge technical calculations with precise visual layouts—specializing in Solar and Electrical Layout Plans—while supporting project estimation (QS duties), playing a crucial role in the execution of our electrical, mechanical, and machinery projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with relevant working experience will have a distinct advantage!

• Create accurate solar PV system layout plans, single-line diagrams (SLD), and comprehensive electrical layout drawings and section drawings based on project specifications and calculations. 
• Assist in designing, estimating, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost evaluations, and material take-offs for solar and electrical projects. 
• Communicate closely with project engineers to incorporate technical knowledge, electrical schematics, and design feedback into drawings. 
• Actively participate in preparing, reviewing, and redrafting designs alongside the engineering team. 
• Undertake other engineering, estimation, and operational tasks assigned by management. 

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical Power (EP), Electronics & Communication (EC),
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for technical drafting and design are encouraged to apply. 1 to 3 years of working experience in engineering, drafting, solar/electrical layout design, or quantity surveying fields will be considered a plus.
• Foundational knowledge in engineering principles, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems, and basic construction estimation or QS (Quantity Surveying) procedures. 
• Proficient in 2D /3D computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
•  Strong teamwork and interpersonal collaboration skills.
• Under 35 years of age.
