Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage design and product development of fit-out projects;
  • Coordinate timelines and handle sketches, deliverables and samples with consultants, designers and product team locally and abroad;
  • Manage IP rights of design and products;
  • Coordinate the application and implication of designs on local sampling and diffusion;
  • Support the product team and work with China manufacturers to apply design on production;
  • Archive design drawings, trend reports, sample selected and information throughout the development.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma or above in related disciplines;
  • Min 2-3 years relevant experience in construction/fit-out projects;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop is a MUST;
  • Proficient in 2D Max, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese and spoken Burmese, English and Mandarin;
  • Basic knowledge of interior construction process, products & materials specifications;
  • Person thrives on working with people, be a collaborative team player, eager to learn, able to adopt changes and seeks for personal growth and career achievement;
  • Good communication skills, analytical mind, able to work independently and strong coordination ability.
