Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage, motivate and encourage the team
  • Participate in new team members recruitment
  • Control the team attendance (clock in, clock out and breaks)
  • Organize and monitor items and packages inbound (reception, quality and quantity control)
  • Organize and monitor items and packages outbound (handover, cut off times)
  • Organize and monitor items and packages count (missing packages, backlogs)
  • Solve system issues reported by operators
  • Lead the team on 5S improvements
  • Train the team members to respect Standard Processes (SOPs)
  • Propose processes improvements
  • Report to Manager about the team

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate & other related diploma holders
  • Successful working experience in Logistics field
  • Experience in leading a team greater than 10 people
  • Experience in using digital software
  • Experience in stock management
