• Participate in education fairs, agent workshops, and university training sessions.
• Analyze student preferences, visa success rates, and emerging study destinations for strategic planning.
• Train and mentor junior counselors while ensuring ethical counseling practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student application and visa status records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment and revenue targets.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents to assess academic needs and career goals.
• Monitor education market trends and competitor activities to enhance services.
• Follow up with daily student enquiries (both online and offline).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content.
