- Coordinate with manufacturer and local supplier for procurement, delivery and custom clearance
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities along with the site superintendent
- Supervising the progress of work on sites and make report for management and client
- Track quantities of completed work and prepare all project billings
- Coordinate work with subcontractors and suppliers
- Issues official letters to concerned parties and authorities
- Prepare and handover of as-built documentation, commissioning checklists
- Manage project documentation
- Work closely with field supervisors and communicate effectively with management on a daily basis.
