To review plans and specifications according to the plan.
To analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
Finding the suppliers and to request quotations for getting reliable price.
Control the budget when doing procurement.
To review the Contractor’s installation method statements.
Checking the exclude and include items and all are estimated following scope of work or not.
Preparing comparison sheets for subcontractor price and making estimation for cost control.
Supervising the progress of work on sites and make report for management.
Manage project documentation.
Review existing engineering data and study reports of the Project, recommend modifications, adjustments or updating and prepare updated project program and cost estimate.
Carry out all the required engineering surveys and investigations of O/H and Underground distribution lines for detailed design of multi transformer system.
Assist in bid procedure and including attend pre-bid conference, reply bidder’s inquiries and issue addenda to bidding documents, evaluate the bids received, prepare evaluation report and select responsible bidders, assist in contract negotiation, recommend award of contract, and prepare contract agreement.
