Key Responsibilities: (For Earth Renewable Energy Co., Ltd - Solar Business)

• Lead the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, procurement, construction, and operations to drive project success.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to optimize project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the design process, including site layout, electrical design, structural engineering, and system optimization, while maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on design decisions, equipment selection, and construction methods to achieve project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, minimize risks, and maximize the overall value of solar assets.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field). Advanced degree preferred.
• Age requirement: 25-35
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in solar project engineering, with a strong track record of successfully delivering utility-scale solar installations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, including design principles, equipment selection, performance modeling, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
