CIVIL

• Check or inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Calculate load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
• Deliver technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or program modifications or structural repairs.
• Assess, test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
• Cooperate, manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.

MECHANICAL

• Examine, read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
• Research, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
• Advise and discuss with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.
• Inspect, monitor equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.

TECHNICAL

• Diagnose machine malfunctions, check and inspect to all machinery or equipment.
• Identify fault, equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
• Diagnose or fault finding problems on the machine and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues, as necessary.
• Fix machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/technical/civil engineeringor in a related field..
• Welcome to fresh graduates, experience working in engineering is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and Burmese, or English and Burmese or trillingual
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Auto CAD, or similar.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
