Coordinate all activities of the group
Work in shift schedule and overtime work
Usually involves work in several areas or functions that are often beyond the scope of standard procedures
Manage the development of new products from the ideation stage through product launch
Build and apply product and customer knowledge to identify new product opportunities and specifications
Lead global, cross-functional, collaborative new product development teams
Manage product category to maximize sales, profitability and ROI
Develop and execute long-term category vision and forecast

Job Requirements

Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (EP/EC)
At least 6-7 years’ experience in related field
Must had experience in Manufacturing of Steel, Aluminum, Metal, Lead and Heavy Machinery
Able to communicate with English proficiently
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards
Able to use electrical tools & code SOP
Work in shift schedule when needed
