Oversee the company’s overall financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and recommend improvements to support business objectives.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decision-making.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, including managerial or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
