Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for overall company finance including bookkeeping, planning, controlling, tax and audit functions .
• Preparation of monthly management reporting as well as half-year and year-end closing works, budgeting and forecasting based on the requirements of the shareholders as well as statutory closing in compliance with local regulations
• Manage operational costs, capex and treasury
• Identify and report on trends and recommend best practice methods to contribute to the achievement of the group strategy
• Ensure risk management and compliance with local legal, accounting and tax regulation as well as with the shareholder’s group guidelines
• Drive establishment and professionalization of accounting, reporting and business intelligence processes
• CPA (or) ACCA Part (2)
• Must have good personality & communication skills
• Excellent in Financial Reporting to Management
• Competency in office and Accounting applications
• Candidate with good Microsoft office skill or experience with Accounting Software will be preferred

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent degree preferably in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution and ACCA qualified or equivalent qualifications as Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, ERP packages, Quickbooks and SAP is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking
• Persistency and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Genuine interest in digital business models
• Hands-on and proactive work style with high standards regarding the quality and thoroughness of business, technical and financial analysis
• Daily Operation, Analyze & Report the data of expenditure and Income
• Overall Manage in Stock Entry, Cash flow, Financial Statement
• Report weekly for AR Oustanding and Check Stock List
